Sure, we could schedule our classes like all the other contractor's exam prep schools, where every weekend is pretty much the same and you have an invitation to do it all over and over again each week.

However, we don’t do that because we want you to learn what you need to know in order to pass one of the toughest contractors' exams in the nation the first time! That’s why you really need hands-on, involved teaching in a progressive curriculum with live instructors.

We offer programs in General, Building, Plumbing, Residential, Mechanical, Plumbing, Roofing, Drywall, Underground Utility, Specialty, Structures and Class A & B Air Conditioning.

Our classes currently meet Monday through Friday during the evening and we are flexible to meet with you at other times that are mutually agreed on for private tutoring.

We currently offer four program lengths: 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 weeks of classes.

The one week program is a crash course. The individual knows what he or she needs as far as licensing and comes for that purpose.

The 3 week program focuses on getting you prepared for the exam and at gives you more than our single week program. We want you to be well prepared for their exam and get a more knowledge and benefit at the same time. We will cover everything you need to know to be prepared for the exam itself and add in construction management sessions.

The 5 week program adds construction management training. We will teach you basic accounting and QuickBooks.

The ideal 7 week program gives you much more. In this program, we cover the exam preparation of course but we also go into construction management which is a very important area. By understanding the management side of things you can make better decisions and run your business much more efficiently and profitably.

LOCATION: Our new location is very convenient for anyone in Lakeland or Plant City. We are located just a few miles off of I-4 as well. We are in a spacious modern facility on the corner of Lakeland Hills and Memorial Avenue.

Located in Lakeland, Florida, we have been successfully preparing contractors to pass the state exams and obtain their Florida Contractors License since 1980. We offer a variety of exam preparation programs to fit your individual needs. These include classroom instruction, and self-paced home study workbooks. In addition, we also provide state required continuing education.

classes are held continuou sly in our classroom for most certified Florida Contractors Licenses. Home study and online exam preparation programs are available for most license categories. We also offer a crash course for General Contractor, Building Contractor, and Residential Contractor categories.
